Hi! I'm Hannah "Broch" Moss. I'm a whale and dolphin enthusiast who has the misfortune of living in southern Ontario. I created this blog to host a drawing series where I draw and catalog phantom whale species. Full disclosure, I am not any sort of biologist myself, I just love animals and I'm fascinated by the messy fields of taxonomy and phylogeny. I've been drawing paleoart for several years now and apply a lot of the same methodology to these whale drawings.

I'm fine with my art being used in YouTube videos and presentations, ideally with credit to either me (Broch Moss, @BrochJam) or this blog (ThePaperWhales.blogspot.com).
